Simon Carter: Painting and Place (Zoom Talk)

Simon Carter is a painter based on the Essex coast. Simon is co-founder of the Contemporary British Painting group, president of Colchester Art Society and a trustee of the charity that owns and runs The Minories Gallery in Essex. Simon will talk about his working process, the coastal landscape that is subject for the paintings, about learning from other artists and how painting exists in a shared ecosystem.
